Richard has over twenty-five years of experience representing management in all aspects of labor, employment and employee benefit law. Richard represents management in labor, employment, and employee benefit litigation in State and Federal Courts and before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, the New York State Department of Labor, the United States Department of Labor, and the New York State Division of Human Rights.

Richard is well versed in all federal and state labor and employment statutes including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Equal Pay Act, the National Labor Relations Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act as well as various state employment statutes.
